Aspect #25
ESSENCE BOOK #1
“You cannot find peace by avoiding life.”
~ Virginia Woolf
ESSENCE: Peacefulness will emerge throughout the world.
PEACEFULNESS is a state of tranquility and calm, free from disturbance or conflict. It is often associated with feelings of harmony, contentment, and well-being.
Peacefulness can describe our inner state and our outer environment. Internally, peacefulness is a sense of emotional and mental serenity, often characterized by a lack of stress, anxiety, or worry. Externally, peacefulness refers to an environment that is free from chaos, hostility, or violence.
As humans, one of our superpowers is the ability to remain calm and peaceful, regardless of what’s happening in the outside world. Our ability to achieve this takes tremendous strength and Self-awareness. Even so, there are times, particularly in emergency situations, when our emotions get out of whack. During these chaotic instances, the wise and strong ones know how to calm their bodies and clear their heads in order to best handle themselves with confidence and peacefulness.
Cultivating peacefulness is a wise daily practice if our intention is to remain clear and confident, confident and bold. Ways to cultivate peacefulness include mindfulness and meditation practices, living a healthy lifestyle, sustaining positive relationships, dealing with conflict resolution, engaging with community, and supporting environmental stewardship. Peacefulness is an essential component for living a balanced, fulfilling, harmonious, and joyful life.
Sleeping Souls tend to feel agitated, stressed, and/or disturbed when drama arises. Many hardly experience peacefulness, and if they do, it may include a few glasses of wine or a few puffs of weed to help them relax. Sleeping Souls tend to be rather wound up, living with anxiety throughout their days. Externally, they may act cool as a cucumber, even though internally they are an emotional mess. Many Sleeping Souls are programmed to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Some begin to seek.
Seekers tend to be seeking peacefulness. Many have had life experiences of ongoing struggle, continually fighting for survival. One day they had enough, and they started to explore new ways of life. They know there is more to life than struggle. Yet they have grown to realize that living a fulfilling life means embracing all life experiences as they are, thus avoiding the tendency to relish the good times and discount, or even deny, the bad times. Seekers embrace life as it is.
Awakened are peaceful. Many tend to perceive their inner peacefulness as among their greatest qualities. They tend to let go of the past, choosing to be fully aware in the present, while remaining confident about their future. Many are calm and centered amid the chaos of the noisy world around them. Awakened have experienced the power of allowing the outcome to naturally unfold by surrendering their personal will to Divine will….
I experience inner peace
as a result of doing my inner work.
Do you consider yourself a peaceful person?
Do others view you as being peaceful?
How can you make your life more peaceful?
