Driven to spread the mission of the Human Capital Movement, my intention is to help others see that the most valuable asset we possess is our human capital. As a Human Capital Strategy and HR expert, I bring a perspective from a consultant working with 100's of organizations, teams, and individuals and an Executive serving in the healthcare, senior living and CPG space. My mission is to work with and in companies who have the desire to create great cultures, workplaces and thrive on creating a healthy soul of themselves and their organization.
My passion is to put the most effective people together in order to create and execute strategies. Having been on the inside of many different workplaces and working with thousands of people, I instantly see patterns of behavior within an organization and integrate all components of a business together to create solutions that make good cultures even better. I help people know their potential and discover their truth. With my natural talent, I quickly see things in a different way and strive to individualize outcomes for all involved.
As a builder of companies, I love creating great cultures of human capital consciousness and sustainability. In addition to founding Lori Stohs Consulting Group in 2009, and founding executive and Chief People Officer at Think Whole Person Healthcare, I love applying this knowledge to minimize the barriers I have experienced and create new strategies.
My experience as Global Chief Strategy & Inspiration Officer at East West Tea, leader of Yogi Tea and Choice Organics, lends a view of building world class executive teams, enhancing and shifting culture, business strategy, people strategy, HR strategy, sustainability, communication and engagement.
As Principal at Gallup Consulting I created human capital consulting solutions for a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and managed the development and delivery of leadership, management, and through the development of Gallup University.
My mission for developing humanity is what drives me every day. For us to connect in a deeper, more meaningful way beyond ourselves...for others and for our earth.
I am a founding board member for Executives Without Borders, Leadership for Life, and for Social Impact Omaha. I strive to build community by supporting children and young adults through commitments as a board member on the Ronald McDonald House Board, Hope Center for Kids, and Camp Rivercrest.
