We are the salesforce that is selling the services and products being offered by these innovative leaders, and together, we are elevating the consciousness of humanity. Together, we are the economic engine, known as our Cosmic Cluster. Through Unity as One, we gathering 1,000 change-makers, co-creating our vision of a New Earth Civilization. We are inviting you to our Soul family of LIONS! A lion's pride is a family of lions.... and yes, we are family, we are LIONS!

Cosmic Cluster Provider Onboarding Agreement
(For Providers of Services, Digital Products, and Green Innovations)
By submitting the onboarding form below, you (“Provider,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms set forth in this Onboarding Agreement, as well as the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Piracy Policy of the Company (“Company,” “Princeton Green LLC,” “Princeton Green”,“princetongreen.org",“princetongreenpride.org,” “we,” or “us”).
1. Purpose of This Onboarding Process
By completing the onboarding form, you become eligible to:
Have your Provider Profile Page created
Have your services, products, and/or digital offerings listed in our New Earth Store, and sold by the Princeton Green Affiliate Salesforce
Offer those products and services to the broader New Earth Civilization community
Participate in the Cosmic Cluster, our collaborative constellation of spiritual leaders, coaches, consultants, and green innovation providers
This process ensures you and your offerings are positioned authentically, and aligned with our purpose of co-creating a New Earth Civilization.
2. Platform Launch Timeline
NewEarthCivilization.com soft launched on September 11, 2025
princetongreenpride.org entered beta testing January 1, 2026, which is the platform for the Princeton Green Affiliate Salesforce
NewEarthCivilization.com official launched: January 1, 2026
All operational features are active, though continued enhancements are ongoing.
3. No Membership Fees for Early Adopters
There are no monthly fees to be part of the Cosmic Cluster as a Provider.
Should membership fees be introduced in the future:
All existing Providers will be permanently grandfathered in at no cost.
Your involvement will always remain free as an early adopter. This reflects our philosophy of removing barriers, leading with purpose, and allowing prosperity to follow naturally.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your onboarding information, you agree:
To be bound by this Provider Agreement
To abide by the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Piracy Policy
To supply accurate information about your offerings
That your continued participation may require updates or additional documentation
5. Revenue Share Agreement (75/25 Split)
You agree to the following revenue share model:
You receive 75% of all sales revenue generated by or through your offerings listed in the New Earth Store.
princetongreen.org receives 25%, which supports our Affiliate Salesforce platform, websites, operations, technology, and marketing services provided on your behalf.
This 25% reflects a performance-based, egalitarian model aligned with our matrix of equality and shared success.
6. Payment Processing Fees (Stripe)
Stripe currently charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These fees are shared based on the same 75/25 revenue split:
You pay 75% of the Stripe fee
We pay 25%
Example:
For a $100 sale:
Total Stripe fee: $3.20
Your share: $2.40
Our share: $0.80
Your net revenue = $75.00 – $2.40 = $72.60
If additional Stripe fees (e.g., direct deposit fees, international transfer fees, etc.) apply, we will notify you once fully integrated.
7. Special Offer Requirement
You agree to create one (1) exclusive special offer available only through the New Earth Store on NewEarthCivilization.com.
This ensures that our community receives unique and elevated value by participating in the Cosmic Cluster marketplace.
Or Your Special Offer can discount the first Service offerings in a series of Service offerings, encouraging people to purchase by taking inspired action.
8. Pricing Parity Requirement
You may sell your offerings independently elsewhere, provided that:
The pricing on the New Earth Store is equal to or lower than your pricing elsewhere.
If a lower price is advertised elsewhere, the Company may discontinue representing you and your offerings within the store, thus terminating our at-will agreement.
9. Values-Based Relationship Commitment
Our collaboration is founded upon:
Mutual trust
Respect
Integrity
A shared commitment to the co-creation of a New Earth Civilization
Unscrupulous or unethical behavior by either party will not be tolerated.
Our relationship is sacred, meaningful, and reflects the energetic foundation of the future we are building together.
10. 25% Revenue Share Waiver for Cosmic Cluster Providers
If you are offering services or products as an active participant in the Cosmic Cluster ecosystem:
We waive our 25% revenue share when you hire one our team members offering our Supportive Marketing Services, thus providing you with a 25% discount
Our reasoning is based on NOT viewing our Providers as a profit center. Rather, we view you as an asset that we care for
This waiver is only for Cosmic Cluster Provider offerings, and is not transferable to external parties.
11. Training Videos Requirement (WELCOME Video + Offerings Interview)
To support the marketplace and ensure you and your offering are accurately represented, you agree to create a WELCOME TO MY WORLD video based on the video format provided. It’s important for website viewers to feel your energy, hear your voice, and see your eyes.
Once the WELCOME TO MY WORLD video is completed, we will then interview you on our Streamyard video recording platform regarding each of the services and products you offer that are available in the New Earth Store, as well as in the inventory for our sales affiliates to sell.
You are also welcome to use Streamyard for the recording of your WELCOME TO MY WORLD video; we simply need to coordinate our effort.
Additional notes:
Videos do not need to be professionally produced
Authenticity and clarity are the priority
These recordings may be used for community education, training, and promotional purposes
We can assist you at no cost by recording via Streamyard
Additional marketing support (content creation, video production, social media promotion, and website development)
is available upon request, for a fee, less your 25% discount
12. Direct Contact Sales (10% Contribution to the Collective Growth Fund)
If:
A prospective client contacts you through your Cosmic Cluster contact page on our website
You subsequently close the sale independently on your own
then you agree to provide a 10% voluntary contribution to our Collective Growth Fund
This contribution:
Recognizes the marketing support provided by princetongreen.org
Is reinvested entirely into promoting Cosmic Cluster offerings and the growth of NewEarthCivilization.com
May be acknowledged publicly unless you request otherwise, or the sale is part of a discounted series
You also agree to refer the prospective client back to the Sales Affiliate to complete the sale if they discovered you through the Sales Affiliate, thus honoring the Sales Affiliate's efforts
13. Communication Through Signal (Optional But Highly Recommended)
For optimal support, we recommend using the Signal App, which offers encrypted, private communication.
Signal is donation-based and secure
Using it improves coordination and onboarding
If you prefer not to use Signal, communication will occur through email or web contact—but will be less immediate
After joining:
You may be added to the PG Onboarding Signal group
You may participate in a short recorded introduction/interview for promotional and training purposes our bi-monthly sales meeting
Once the onboarding process is completed, you will then be transferred to the Cosmic Cluster group, where all of the Providers and Sales Affiliates connect, sharing information, ideas, and current posts on social media sites for people to Like, Comment, and Repost
14. At-Will Agreement
Your participation in the Cosmic Cluster and New Earth Store is strictly at-will.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
Termination does not affect commissions already earned for completed sales.
